Small Felted Clutch, Make-up Bag or Eyeglasses Case. Size: Before felting: 13" x 9"w at widest point After felting: 8" x 7.5"width at widest point. (really depends on method used and how much you felt it. This was the size of mine finished) Materials: Brown Sheep Nature Spun Worsted (85% Wool/15%Mohair-4oz/190 yards/skein) 1 Skein Chianti 1 Skein Victorian Rose note: with the suggested amount of yarn, you could make several of these bags. US 10 1/2(6.5mm) Straight needles* or size needed to obtain gauge. Sewing thread or embroidery floss Sewing needle Darning Needle 2 inches of Velcro ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Don't know how to knit? 	Gauge: 16 sts and 20 rows = 4" St st Directions: Cast On 34 sts. Work St st for 10 inches Working in Garter Stitch, K2tog at the beginning of each row for 3 inches. Bind off all stitches *Finishing:* Measure 4inches and fold toward the knit side with purl side facing out. Sew up the seams with blanket stitch in MC. Felt and let dry using your preferred method of felting. The pictured is hand felted. Sew on the Velcro to use as the closure. With CC Blanket stitch around the flap and the rim of the inside. You can embellish with more stitching like I did. Just have fun with it.
