Roxycraft FAQ
How do I buy a pattern? Simply click on the Add to Cart button next to the pattern of your choosing. It's super easy! When you're ready to *sniff* leave us, click on the View Cart Button and proceed with checkout. We only accept Visa and MasterCard or Paypal (which takes all types of credit cards) a for pattern purchases at this time.
Do I need special software to open a PDF file? Yep. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download the latest software here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
How will I receive the pattern? Paypal customers: You payment will be processed immediately using paypal and your pattern(s) will be emailed to you in PDF format within 24 hours of purchase. Most of the time, you should receive it anywhere from instantly to a couple of hours. A 24 hour wait is rare. eChecks with Paypal: eChecks take 3-4 business days to clear the bank and patterns are shipped out within 24 hours of clearing. Credit Card customers: Your payments will be processed within 24 hours and you pattern(s) will be emailed to you as soon as your payments are processed. Usually within 48 hours of purchase, probably much faster than that. Payments are processed with Dialpay. Your privacy is important to us and all of your payments are processed with security measures.
It's been over 24 hours, where the heck is my pattern? Email me right this minute. Don't wait 3 days to do it, email me as soon as the 24 hours have passed. It is common for your email to bounce the email or to file it in your bulk/junk mail folder. Please make sure that the email address roxy@roxycraft.com is on your safe senders list. Please make sure the email you provide is the correct one and that it works! I am not responsible for making sure that your email is working properly, so please make sure you check your email address carefully. On the rare occasion there has been a technical issue that has kept me from filling your order on time.
What if I have a question about a pattern? You can email the Tamie directly at roxy@roxycraft.com. Please put "pattern question" in the subject line.

Where do you get those eyes you use on the dolls? I buy my doll eyes at Jo-Ann Fabric & Crafts. You can also find them online on eBay pretty readily.
