What you need:

Step one: Measure your Kitty or Doggie's Neck Step Two: Fold cord to see where the half way point is and string on your pendant or charm Step Three: String the pearls and/or spacers one side at a time Step Four: Make sure that both sides are identical Step Five: Tie the knot shown on the back of the Stretch Magic package Step Six: Wrestle your cat to slip on the collar without major injury or death ;)
Note: Make sure that it's not too tight.
